Shannon (Dalton) Forde was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer that has metastasized to her lymph nodes and bones. She has begun treatment as she continues to work full-time while juggling a family. Although recently diagnosed in August, her treatments are already preventing her from lifting her children and are leaving her very tired. Shannon is focused on healing and has an incredibly positive
attitude, but it's hard not to worry about the financial impacts of her diagnosis and treatments.
Shannon's friends and family have joined up with two amazing organizations, The Daniel P. Ryan Foundation and The Chic Charity Club, to raise money and support Shannon with the medical expenses as well as her household expenses which have already been impacted since diagnosed. We are hosting a fundraiser at the Westmount Country Club on November 1, 2012 to make sure Shannon can concentrate on getting better. Please help us with your attendance, donations, and support!
